I see you have a studio in Wetherby, can I call in to book a shoot?

My sessions are by appointment. I’m happy for you to pop in if you're passing, but if I’m with a client I may be unavailable. Please go to the "Contact Form" on the main menu to send me a message and I'll get back to you at my earliest convenience. 

 

Can I move my appointment if my child or family are ill?

(also see Covid-19 advice and precautions above)

Yes of course. If you or your child are ill, just call and I will find a new date for your session. There is no point in struggling through a session if you are feeling unwell. I want you and/or your child to feel your best so I can get a beautiful set of images for you.

 

Are you insured?

Yes, I have full public liability and professional indemnity insurance.

 

Can I book a session as a gift to someone else?

Yes! I offer gift vouchers for you to personalise and give to a friend, family member or loved one.


What methods of payment do you accept?

I accept cash and payment by bank transfer. 

 

Does your studio provide videography services?

Sorry, I am currently not able to provide videography services. 

 

Does the studio have heating or air conditioning? 

The studio has both heating and air cooling facility for all seasons.

 

What do you offer after the photoshoot?

There are various products to compliment your shoot, from photo albums, canvas wall art, prints, framed prints, USB, Digital downloads, and more.

 

I want some spots or scars removed from my images is that possible? 

I can remove these in most cases, please contact me or let me know on the day what you would like changed or removed and I'll let you know if it's possible. 

 

Do you retouch every photo? 

All final photo's will be retouched to address blemishes. I don't generally erase scars, moles or tattoo's unless requested, as these are all the beautiful things that make us individuals. So yes they will be retouched, but will still look like you! 

 

Do you hold a CRB certificate? 

Yes, I hold an enhanced certificate from the DBS (formally CRB) 

 

We are looking for a mixture of candid and posed family photos. Can you do both?

Of course! My visual storytelling style leans toward a candid, documentary approach (the kids being hilarious, the dog licking your face), but posed family photographs, where everyone is smiling and looking at the camera, are also treasured keepsakes. We will find a way to work both into our session.

 

Can we bring along the family dog?

Absolutely! Pets are totally family members! Let’s just make sure they’re groomed, well behaved, and on a leash. Bring plenty of treats and a few chew toys, to be safe.

 

Do you sell digital files? 

Yes, all edited photographs are available to download digitally from our online shop. 

 

Is there parking nearby? 

St James' car park is situated a 2 minute walk from the studio. Once parked, walk to the left of St Joseph's Catholic Church, down a public footpath and as you emerge from the short ginnel, you will see the studio on the right handside of the road, above The Animal Barn dog groomers.

Who owns the copyright of the images?

Under the copyright and patents act of 1988,  Ange Triffitt Photography retains the copyright of all images taken. It is a criminal offence to copy, screen grab, scan or reproduce photographs without written consent from Ange Triffitt. If you purchase digital files, you are granted a licence to use your images for personal use. Your purchased files can then be used for sharing with your friends and family on social media sites (watermarked copies will be provided for this purpose), for updating model or acting portfolios and printing out for yourself, family and friends. These images are not to be sold or given to any third parties without prior consent from Ange Triffitt. Images that are purchased as digital files are not to be altered in any way that change the integrity of the image without prior consent.
